Life pulls you in a hundred directions, and it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. This retreat is a sacred pause — a weekend to recharge, connect, and breathe deeply. Through grounding practices, soulful workshops, nourishing meals, and a full moon intention-setting ritual, you’ll leave not just rested, but renewed — with a lighter heart, deeper connection, and clarity to carry into your year ahead.

A Weekend to Restore, Reflect, and Realign

This women’s retreat is designed to help you step away from the everyday and step into yourself. During our time together, you’ll be guided to self reflect through meditation, journaling, workshops, restorative yoga, and soulful connection circles — all woven together with nourishing meals and quiet moments to breathe. Saturday evening includes a full moon intention-setting ritual, giving you space to focus on what you want the year ahead to feel like.

Booking Details 

Reserve your spot for this intimate retreat with a $200 nonrefundable deposit. After submitting the reservation form, you will receive an invoice for the deposit. Once the deposit is paid, your spot is officially reserved.

 

Balance & Payment

• The remaining balance is due November 15.

• Invoices for the balance will be sent out November 1.

 

What’s Included

Your reservation includes:

• Private or shared room accommodations

• All meals prepared during the retreat

• Access to all common areas in the home

• Workshops and group activities

• Materials for workshops and intention-setting exercises

• A special retreat gift bag

 

Cancellation Policy

• The $200 deposit is nonrefundable.

• Any cancellations after paying the balance must be made by November 14. After that date, the balance is nonrefundable.

• We understand life happens, but because the retreat is small and carefully planned, we are unable to issue refunds after the deposit and balance are paid unless we can fill the spot.

 

Limited Spots

• This retreat is limited to 8 participants, so early reservation is recommended.

Liability Waiver

• All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the retreat.

• The waiver covers participation in all activities, workshops, yoga, and use of the home’s amenities.

• The waiver will be provided in the retreat packet after your reservation is confirmed.

Next Steps 

•Once your registration is confirmed and all the spots for the retreat are filled, you’ll receive a detailed retreat packet along with a short questionnaire. This will help us tailor the group experience and ensure the weekend is as meaningful and enjoyable as possible.

Michelle – Host & Guide

​

Michelle is a hairdresser, yoga instructor, and wellness guide who believes in creating meaningful spaces for women to rest, reconnect, and feel inspired. With a passion for holistic self-care and years of experience in both beauty and wellness, she brings a grounded yet playful energy to the retreat. Her mission is to help women embrace confidence, nurture themselves fully, and return home renewed.

Ava – Retreat Assistant

 

Ava is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a background in social media marketing and sales. She brings her warm presence and organizational skills to help ensure the retreat runs smoothly. Throughout the weekend, she’ll be supporting behind the scenes and capturing special moments that reflect the spirit of the retreat—always done with care and respect for privacy.

Q & A

Q: What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

A: Once you register, you’ll receive a full questionnaire where you can share any dietary needs or restrictions. Based on everyone’s feedback, the menu will be thoughtfully curated to accommodate these details as best as possible.

 

Q: What if I can’t arrive by 5:00 pm on Friday?

A: It’s very important that all participants arrive during the check-in window and are settled and ready to start by 6:00 pm. This allows us to begin together promptly, out of respect for the structure of the program and the group experience.

 

Q: Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

A: A $200 deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel after November 14 or after your balance is paid in full, no refunds can be given unless your spot is filled by another participant. Thank you for understanding that this policy allows us to plan, prepare, and provide the best possible retreat experience.

Q: What if I get sick before the retreat?

A: We completely understand that life happens. However, because of the nature of retreat planning, payments are nonrefundable. We kindly ask that if you are sick, you do not attend, even though we cannot offer a refund.

 

Q: What happens if there’s a winter storm or bad weather?

A: Winter in the Hudson Valley can be beautiful, but it can also bring snow and icy conditions. Please plan your travel with that in mind. Because the retreat accommodations and chef are booked in advance with no refund options, the retreat will go on as planned. That said, we’ll make every effort to ensure a safe and cozy experience, and we encourage guests to travel safely and allow extra time for winter conditions.

Q: Will we be doing yoga?

A: Yes. We’ll be practicing gentle, restorative yoga and mindful movement. Both classes are designed to be restful and accessible — even if you have injuries, you’ll be able to participate.

 

Q: What if I don’t want to participate in one of the scheduled activities?

A: The retreat has been carefully designed to create a complete experience, and we encourage you to participate fully to get the most out of your weekend. That said, it’s also important to listen to yourself. If you need to rest or take quiet time, you are welcome to honor what you need.

 

Q: What is the policy on cell phone use?

A: To respect the retreat environment and other participants, we ask that you keep your phone in your room during workshops and group activities. This allows everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience.

Q: Is this a sober retreat?

A: Yes — this retreat will be fully alcohol- and substance-free, creating a clear, mindful space for connection and self-care. While the weekend is designed to support wellbeing and presence, sobriety is not a focus of the curriculum. Everyone is welcome to participate in a safe, mindful environment.
