Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Show:
Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved for you. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to reschedule or cancel; however, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Please contact us directly at michellegagnon@gmail.com or sarrahmailloux@gmail.com as soon as possible with any changes.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be required before you can schedule a new appointment.
Cancellation same day and no shows:
If you cancel your appointment on the same day or fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be required before you can schedule a new appointment.
Multiple Rescheduling:
If you reschedule more than three appointments within a 12-month period, you will no longer able to pre-book appointments. Alternatively, a non-refundable deposit will be required for pre-booking.
Late Arrival:
If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your services may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time, without any change in pricing (e.g., no blow dry, etc.). If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your may need to be rescheduled, and it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, incurring a 100% cancellation fee.
Customer Satisfaction:
We want you to love your hair, if you are having any trouble with it after your visit, simply reach to us. If you reach out to us within 7 days of your visit, we will be more than happy to correct whatever is not working. In the event that you have changed your mind or have had your hair adjusted by anyone else or even yourself, this guarantee will be void and you will be responsible for the costs of the adjustment.
Product Returns:
If you're not satisfied with a retail purchase, please inform us within 7 days of your initial purchase, and we will happily apply the full value of the returned item towards another product of your choice. Please note that all sales on hair brushes, Revitalash products, and Color Wow final.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.
